Our prices are indicated in HUF and include VAT.

We do our best to send out products as soon as possible. In most cases, orders placed by noon will be processed on the same day and shipped the next day. Products should generally arrive within 4-5 business days. If your product does not arrive after 5 days, please write to us at info@meltmymood.hu.

If the product is damaged or faulty, we offer a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you simply change your mind, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

The cost of return shipping is always borne by the customer. Please notify us of your intention to return the item in advance at info@meltmymood.hu, providing your order number and briefly describing the reason for the return.

The returned product must be in its original, undamaged, unused condition. Please remember to write your name and order number on the returned package.

If the package is already in transit, please wait for its arrival, then send it back to us. We will refund the purchase price after receiving and checking the returned product, within 14 days at the latest, either via bank transfer or as store credit, as per your decision.

If you have entered an incorrect or erroneous address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at info@meltmymood.hu. If the provided address is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 24 hours. After 24 hours from placing the order, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.
